Monpazier is
considered to be one of the most beautiful villages of France.
It is a bastide (walled town) in the southern Perigord, 45 km from
Bergerac and 45 km from Sarlat.
There, you will find our butcher, delicatessen and home-made
canning shop.
All our products are prepared according to traditional recipes,
starting with ducks raised in Dordogne. In order to guarantee the
QUALITY and the ORIGIN of our foies gras and conserves, we have joined
the association “Foie du Périgord” and are authorized by an
organization in the framework of the I.G.P “Perigord duck foie gras”
(“canard à foie gras du Périgord”).
Our conserves are certified to European Standards.
